Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your control center for source ingestion, publishing, branding, embeds, analytics, and billing.

Dashboard overview with key workspace sections

The dashboard uses a five-tab layout along the top:

TabWhat it covers
OverviewHeadline metrics and an analytics trend; until setup is complete it shows the setup wizard instead.
EpisodesThe sync map of your sources, every synced episode, seasons, blog posts, and source connections.
DesignSite themes, brand settings (colors, logo, fonts), embed styling, and the community marketplace.
PublishDomain, embed distribution, and install management.
AnalyticsVisitors, plays, listen time, retention, traffic sources, and search data.

The account menu (top-right avatar) provides access to:

  • Settings — workspace preferences, connectors, and integrations.
  • Billing — plan, invoices, and upgrade controls.
  • Referrals — your referral link, points, and rewards.

KPI cards

Pick a range (7 days, 30 days, or 3 months) and turn on Compare to see the change against the previous period. The three cards at the top show episodes synced in the range, connected sources out of those your plan allows, and your current plan with its renewal date.

KPI cards: episodes, connectors, and plan tier

Analytics trend

Below the cards, the overview shows the selected range at a glance: eight stat tiles (Visitors, Plays, Listen time, Platform clicks, Avg. listen, Engagement, Completion, Play rate), a Trend chart you can switch between metrics, plus Top episodes and Where they listen. Click Full analytics → for the rest.

Sources strip

Below the analytics trend, the sources strip shows which platforms are connected and which ones are available to add. Click a platform pill to go to Episodes → Sources.

Recent episodes

The recent episodes card shows the last few episodes synced from your source. Each row includes the title, sync/transcript status, and publish date.

Search palette

Press ⌘K (Mac) or CtrlK (Windows/Linux) anywhere in the dashboard to open the search palette. It indexes dashboard pages, docs articles, and quick actions so you can jump to any feature without clicking through menus. Results scroll-to and highlight the relevant section on the target page.

Notification menu

The bell icon in the top bar lists unresolved problems on your account, such as sync, connector, transcription, DNS, or billing errors. The badge shows how many are open. Items stay in the list until the problem is resolved; opening the menu doesn’t clear them.

All dashboard areas

  • Setup Wizard: first-time onboarding and connector setup.
  • Episodes: sync map of your sources, the episode list, and the episode editor.
  • Pages: template and page publishing controls.
  • Branding: brand identity and visual settings (also accessible under Design → Brand).
  • Analytics: dashboard metrics and trends.
  • Settings: account/workspace preferences and source connections.
  • Billing: plan, invoices, and upgrade management.
  • Referrals: refer creators, earn free plan time or tier upgrades.
  • Blog: AI-assisted blog generation workflows (tier dependent).

Suggested operating rhythm

FrequencyWhat to checkWhy it matters
DailyEpisodes and PagesCatch sync failures and publish queue issues quickly.
WeeklyAnalytics and EmbedTrack page performance and verify embeds remain styled correctly.
MonthlyBranding, Settings, and BillingKeep identity consistent, review integrations, and confirm plan fit.

Quick diagnostic path

If something looks off (missing content, stalled processing, or publish failures), use this path:

  1. Check the notification bell in the top bar for connector or service warnings.
  2. Confirm source connection status in Episodes → Sources.
  3. Open Episodes: a source outlined in red on the sync map needs reconnecting, and the list shows each episode’s status.
  4. Re-open Setup Wizard if onboarding is incomplete.
