Custom Domain
Put your Show Hub site on a domain you own, like listen.yourshow.com or yourshow.com. HTTPS is set up for you.
Subdomain or bare domain?
| Use | Example | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| A subdomain | listen.yourshow.com | You already have a website on yourshow.com. It stays exactly as it is. |
| The bare domain | yourshow.com | Show Hub is your website. We redirect www.yourshow.com to it automatically. |
If you type a bare domain that already serves another site, Show Hub warns you and suggests a subdomain instead.
How it works
Type your domain
Go to Dashboard → Publish → Domain & hosting and enter the domain. Show Hub works out where its DNS is hosted (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap…) and whether it’s already pointing somewhere.
Connect it, whichever way is easiest
- One-click. If your DNS provider supports Domain Connect, sign in there and approve. Done.
- Connect your provider. For Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Vercel, Porkbun, Gandi, Netlify and Route 53, paste an API token once and we add the records. The token is never stored.
- Add the records yourself. Copy two values into your provider’s DNS page. We show provider-specific steps.
- Send to my tech person. Email a private setup page to whoever manages your domain.
Watch it go live
Show Hub checks automatically and shows the change spreading around the world. Once DNS is right we issue the SSL certificate and email you when your site is live.
Optional extras, in the same visit
- Google Search Console: verify the domain and submit your sitemap so episodes get indexed.
- Email-ready domain: SPF and DKIM records so future Show Hub emails can come from
@yourshow.com.
Turn these on when you connect, so all the records go in at once.
Next steps
- DNS Setup: the exact records, if you’re adding them by hand.
- Provider guides: step-by-step for GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap and more.
