Send to My Tech Person
Someone else manages your domain, like a developer, an agency or your company’s IT team? Send them a private setup page instead of forwarding instructions.
Save your domain
Enter it in Dashboard → Publish → Domain & hosting as usual.
Open “Send to my tech person”
Enter their email (and an optional note) and click Email them the link, or Just copy a link to send it yourself.
They finish the setup
The page shows the exact records, one-click or Quick Connect for their DNS provider, and a live progress check. They don’t need a Show Hub account. Replies to the email go to you.
You get notified
When the domain goes live, Show Hub emails you and the dashboard shows it as live.
Good to know
- Links work for 7 days. Creating a new link turns off the old one, and you can revoke a link at any time.
- Changing your domain turns off any existing link.
- The link only lets someone add DNS records for this one domain. It can’t see or change anything else in your account.
- The dashboard shows whether they’ve opened the link yet.
