Watch It Spread
DNS changes don’t reach everyone at the same moment. Internet providers around the world cache old answers for a while. Watch it spread shows that happening live.
What you see
After you connect, a globe appears with a dot for each test location (about a dozen cities across every continent). Each one is a real DNS probe asking “where does listen.yourshow.com point?” right now.
| Dot | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 Green | Sees your new record |
| 🟡 Amber | No record yet. Usually just minutes after you added it |
| 🔴 Red | Still sees an old value. Waits for the old record’s TTL to expire |
| ⚪ Grey | That probe didn’t answer this time |
Drag the globe to spin it, and hover a dot for details. Click Check again to re-run (a few checks per minute).
When is it done?
You don’t need to wait for every dot to turn green. As soon as our hosting sees the record, Show Hub issues the certificate and your site goes live. Remaining locations catch up on their own, usually within an hour.
